Landscape Restoration to Begin

Work Completed Last Week, June 20^th to June 24^th

·         No work completed on-site

Work Anticipated to be completed Next week, June 27^th to July 1st

·         Installation and final grading of topsoil

·         Sod  Installation

The contractor is anticipated to begin landscape restorations next week. The work will including grading the existing landscape that was disturbed during construction, removing any excess material from the project site, installation and grading of topsoil, and sod installation. Once the contractor has installed the new sod, they will continue to water it until a healthy stand of grass is established.

Due to some delays in construction scheduling, the landscape contractor was unable to being landscape restoration last week. It is anticipated the landscape contractor will be on-site next week and have the sod restoration completed prior to the July 4^th Holiday.
